Catch unknown exception on activator snmp_v1_get and snmp_v2c_get method.

Catch unknown exception on activator snmp_v1_get and snmp_v2c_get method. Some devices return SNMP Packet with bad error_index value it raise exception: list index out of range. For Profile we may override SNMP parser in profile. But for activator method it not possible.
